Great service (even for someone with no knowledge of cars!) - would recommend anyone to buy a car from here, all payment options thoroughly explained. I had a million questions and nothing was too much trouble. Dealt with Matt and would 101% recommend him to anybody!

RRG Toyota Bradford staff member, in particular Mr Mark Critchley, was very good because of his overall professionalism from start to finish.
His unhurried demeanour, whilst initially viewing your vehicles, allowed my husband and I, to take our time in choosing without feeling pressured. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and very informative, with regards all other related products, such as finance, GAP insurance, etc.
The entire buying process, was extremely smooth and very professional.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your company, and Mr Critchley to any of my family and friends.

Good, efficient, friendly service

Mark was a pleasure to deal with. At no point did he pressure us into anything. He simply offered his advice and help and let us look around at our own pace. We travelled from Driffield to purchase our car and glad we did so. My grandmother is planning on buying a new car after Christmas and we plan to take her to Bradford RRG Toyota to see what Mark can offer. Can't fault him, he really looked after us. We have walked out of dealerships before due to pushy salesmen but we were pleasantly surprised.
